Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Studex Meat. The following information sets forth the Shipping Policy that applies to any products that you purchase from us.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 of business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We slaughter fresh animals every week, so depending on when the order was placed and the slaughter cycle it usually takes 3-5 days to receive fresh meat. Last orders of the week are sent out on a Thursday by our 3rd party courier partner Courier guy. All meat is packed with ice and  delivered in refrigerated trucks until final destination.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Studex Meat is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Studex Meat is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

*International Shipping Policy

We currently do ship outside South Africa. However, you may be responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or other charges which are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
